What are the best alternate history novels of all time?

What if you were part of an organization dedicated to finding and cataloging the best science fiction novels of all time?  Well that is the mission of Curated Science Fiction who make it their mission to inform book lovers of the best science fiction novels and organize them by category.

Before you ask, they do have an alternate history category, which includes both new and classic alternate history novels.  Yet Curated Science Fiction is not Uchronia, a database dedicated to including every alternate history novel or short story ever written (though they are slow to update and do not include many self-published works).  No, Curated Science Fiction only wants the best.

So, in your opinion, what are the best alternate history novels of all time?  Curated Science Fiction and Alternate History Weekly Update want to know.  Please comment on this post to share your ideas for the best alternate history.
