It will do so, hopefully, by focusing on pivotal actions of individuals in the history of the nation taking a micro rather than macro view. Jones II is the illegitimate son of the historical Jones, who in this timeline was a British naval officer rather than an itinerant merchant seaman who wound up in American service. The second book is on the way, and hopefully will be available soon.
