Statichaos, the writer of the piece that's been so generously and kindly summarized here.

Sam, I see what you're saying, and I do show some of the dark side of President Disney. However, whatever his private life may have been like, his public image was squeaky-clean, and between the strict morals clauses found in the contracts of Disney players and the consistently middle-America family friendly themes of the theme parks, I believe that portraying his public persona and policies as being more puritanical isn't far-fetched by any means. It should also be noted that much of the extreme social conservatism seen in the timeline is due to the domino effect of cultural shifts, and not due to any specific edicts on the part of the president.

Of course, I invite you to read it and to judge for yourself at your convenience.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07301128065280304286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5080248961176338496.post-67123911601440989862012-11-23T08:27:53.101-06:002012-11-23T08:27:53.101-06:00It is not plausible that the world would become &q...It is not plausible that the world would become "puritanical" due to Disney. Disney is notoriously involved in many immoral things, and a simple search in Google will hint so.Samhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06359399334377019222noreply@blogger.com
